Founded in 1981 by Sr. Daphne Lee, the Centre was established to provide a safe place for adults with disabilities who require support, care, and opportunities for personal growth.

Today, we continue that mission by offering specialised day-care and residential programmes that promote independence, dignity, and community participation.
